About Us

Caldak Marketing LLC is a home-based business owned and operated by James and Susan Strand.  How did we come up with the name "Caldak"?  Susan was raised in CALifornia, and James was raised in North DAKota, hence Caldak. 

Prior to starting Caldak, James was involved in retail sales for over 25 years, selling a variety of products, from groceries to satellite systems and computers to cars.  Through it all, a hallmark of his career is an unswerving committment to exceptional customer service.  

We have a deep and abiding respect for our customers and a willingness to do whatever it takes to make sure they are happy with their purchase.   Our products are carefully selected to provide quality and value.
