Supremo, which is a common designator for Colombian coffee, refers to the size of the bean.  It is a larger bean--17-18 screen, and it has great balance and yet is rich, nutty and sweet; the longer it sits in the cup the sweeter it gets. Milder and lighter than the other Colombians, it is a nice cup of coffee for watching the sun go down, or with a fine, light dessert after dinner.
