Decaf Guatemala

"Hard Bean" is a term used to refer to coffees grown in higher elevations (above 3000 ft).  Beans grown at these altitudes are slower maturing, harder and less porous, and in general produce more flavorful coffee than do the softer beans.  Our Decaf Guatemalan is SHB (strictly hard bean) and as such produces a very flavorful cup of coffee.  It is full bodied with citrus and floral overtones, with chocolate nuances coming out in a darker roast.
