If you are new to the world of coffee roasting, get your taste buds set for a new sensation in coffee drinking!  By roasting your own coffee, you can vary the darkness of the roast, and you can blend different roasts, along with blending different varieties of beans to achieve a unique flavor. 
 
Two things to bear in mind: Roasted whole bean coffee begins to lose flavor after a few days, and really should be used no later than 7-10 days after roasting; and ground coffee begins to lose flavor immediately, and should be used within minutes of being ground.  Because of these two realities, grinding your own freshly roasted coffee will give you a coffee with flavor that is unlike anything you have ever had.
 
 
Which coffee type, and roasting profile makes the perfect cup of coffee?  The answer is that you alone determine what the perfect cup of coffee is for you. 
 
We currently offer 4 varieties of green beans: Colombian Supremo, Tanzania Peaberry, Costa Rica Tarrazu, and Decaf Guatemela.
