Tanzania Peaberry

Grown on the slopes of Mt. Meru in northeast Tanzania, this coffee is bright, clean and aggressively complex, with a rich, distinct flavor.  One of the more popular varieties of Tanzanian coffee is the peaberry variety.  What is a peaberry?  It's when a single bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the more common two "flat" beans.  Why are there so many fans of the peaberry?  One theory is that all of the goodness of the coffee cherry is condensed into one bean.
